Engaging The Learner
Engaging the learner is one of the most important things. How can you expect children to learn if they aren't engaged? If you can't keep their attention, then their mind will start to wonder, they may start talking with a partner, coloring, etc. It is important to know your students and how they learn. Knowing what interests your students is an advantage, so that you can incorporate that into your lessons.

There are so many ways teachers can engage our students. We just have to put in the thought and effort to create engaging lessons! You are so right about how getting to know our students is an advantage. We can use their interests to make lessons that will engage them! Overall good post!
